One of the main reasons for why the Daring Achievers Network was established, is to mentor individuals to grow and become leaders and also mentor leaders and prepare them for bigger opportunities of leadership.
This need came with the understanding that motivation is an essential aspect of achieving success. Inspiration provides many benefits that facilitate successful leadership and growth. Through the various programs that the Daring Achievers Network has, we aim to answer the question of why motivation is important in leadership. We shall also be looking at instilling in our members, the driving force that will then propel them to act towards realizing their leadership dreams.
As Daring Achievers Network, we are aware that the central aspect of leadership is to motivate people to achieve common goals. Leaders who are well motivated are usually better equipped to do this. Our purpose for engaging the members in the leadership conversation, is to make sure that the inspiration goes down the chain to reach individuals at the lowest levels of life.
Additionally, motivating leaders is a way to boost productivity. Greater productivity provides an opportunity for individuals to dare more and thus improve results. Higher productivity can also produce tangible benefits for individuals and organizations.
We are also aiming at facilitating better decision making through motivation. When people feel motivated in what they do, they tend to have higher levels of positivity and optimism, thus leading to better decision making. It becomes an eye opener and people can see the potential for success, feel more receptive to new ideas and be willing to take risks.
Our focus in this conversation shall be in a range of subjects that relate to leadership matters. We shall enlighten on better ways to grow and become a leader in the family structure, organization and corporate world as well as in governance.
